SBS MVP One — The Body Mechanics of Golf will be a finished, commercially distributable web-based, lightly interactive learning experience, accessible across mobile, laptop and desktop devices.
The product combines concise editorial instruction with interactive 3D models and animation. Interaction is visual and exploratory: learners can rotate and zoom models, play and replay movement, scrub animation timelines and examine content from different viewpoints. MVP One does not include quizzes, scoring or formal learner assessment.
MVP One is intended for commercial release while also providing the first opportunity to observe how learners actually use and respond to the product. User behaviour and feedback may reveal unexpected uses, preferences or opportunities that inform subsequent development.
MVP One is designed as the foundation of the Swing Build learning experience. Its lessons are presented in a recommended sequence, with later concepts building upon earlier instruction.
Learners will also have access to a clear lesson menu, allowing them to return directly to individual Learning Experiences for repetition and revision. Each experience will therefore be concise, clearly titled and capable of being revisited as a stand-alone tutorial.
The product emphasises self-directed learning: the sequence provides structure, while the learner controls the pace and depth of engagement with the visual material.

MVP One comprises 13 defined Learning Experiences, including the conclusion. Together, they establish the instructional sequence and production scope of the product. Individual visual treatments will continue to evolve through storyboarding, production and review.

Detailed visual direction, scene composition, narration, interaction and production requirements for each Learning Experience will be defined through its approved storyboard.
Substantial production will not begin until SBS has approved the relevant storyboard, helping to establish visual direction and instructional intent before significant production resources are committed.
Following storyboard approval, L&L will manage production independently within the approved scope and visual direction. Routine production will not require ongoing SBS review or approval. SBS review will resume when the Learning Experience is ready for final review, at which point two rounds of reasonable revisions are included.
Changes to instructional content, sequence, concept, assets or visual direction after storyboard approval are considered scope changes rather than revisions and may require additional schedule and fees.
Medical visualisation production is a staged creative and technical process. The terms below identify the principal activities that may contribute to a Learning Experience; not every activity is required for every scene or visualisation.

L&L will prioritise appropriately licensed commercial and Creative Commons assets where they meet the instructional and visual requirements of the product. Bespoke assets will be created or commissioned where necessary.
The same principle applies to movement. Commercially licensed animation may be used where it adequately supports the instructional objective. Bespoke motion capture will be commissioned where accurate representation of Swing Build-specific movement is required.
The anticipated MVP One production and delivery stack includes:
Blender — 3D production, including modelling, retopology, rigging, animation, FX and compositing.
Sketchfab — hosting and presentation of interactive 3D models and lightweight learner interaction.
Web / HTML — delivery and organisation of the 13 Learning Experiences across mobile and desktop.
Video / YouTube — delivery of authored animation where a linear visual sequence is more appropriate than interactive 3D.
MVP One will also help identify where the learning experience would benefit from more advanced interaction. Those findings can inform subsequent formal interactive development using platforms such as Unity or Unreal Engine; the technology selected should follow the demonstrated educational need rather than a predetermined development path.
The principal deliverable is a complete, distribution-ready web learning experience comprising all 13 Learning Experiences.
L&L will also provide a Final Production & Handover Package, including approved storyboards, an asset and licence ledger, relevant deployment materials and concise handover documentation. Delivery of underlying production/source files will be governed separately by the applicable licence, SoW and IP terms.
L&L will provide an agreed allocation of implementation support to assist SBS with initial deployment. SBS will provide and maintain the hosting environment and required third-party accounts or subscriptions, including website hosting, appropriate Sketchfab services and SBS-controlled video hosting or YouTube accounts where required. L&L does not provide ongoing website hosting, platform administration or maintenance unless separately commissioned.
A simple user-feedback mechanism will be incorporated into the experience to allow learners to comment on their experience following release. This provides an opportunity to observe how the finished commercial product is used in practice and to allow audience response—including unexpected uses or preferences—to inform subsequent product development.
MVP One delivers the foundational Swing Build learning experience while establishing an evidence-based starting point for what should come next.
